A useful Minecraft field guide
BlockBuddy brings together focused Minecraft utility tools for exploring supported Java world data, looking up items and recipes, and converting coordinates. This guide explains what each tool can—and cannot—tell you.
Interactive Java world seed exploration
The Seed Explorer maps Java world seeds using client-side WebAssembly. It previews sampled biomes, viable structure candidates, and exact slime chunks for supported version profiles (Java 1.7 through 1.21). Recent releases calculate version-independent slime chunks; Bedrock world generation is not supported.
Registry-backed item wiki & crafting recipes
The Item Wiki indexes 2,156 canonical items across Java 26.1 and Bedrock 1.26.60 with stack limits, repair metadata, and edition notes. Our Crafting Recipe Finder renders 1,684 verified Java recipe diagrams and reverse recipe lookups showing every output made from a chosen ingredient.
Overworld & Nether coordinate conversion
The Coordinate Tools handle Overworld-to-Nether and Nether-to-Overworld conversions using the standard 8:1 horizontal scale. Calculate straight-line travel distances and save private waypoints directly in your browser without accounts, trackers, or game mods.
